How do i place an order?
Please use the "Inquire" tab to submit an order inquiry. This will provide me with the necessary information to ensure that I have availability for your date, and am able to meet your needs. I require that all inquiries go through this form so that I can ensure proper tracking of all orders.
How far in advance do i need to order cookies?
The cookie calendar generally fills up quickly so please contact me regarding your order as soon as possible. I require at least a week and a half to two weeks notice to get on my calendar, and that is subject to availability. While I love cookies, it is not my full time job - so I only accept a certain number of orders a week. After submitting an order inquiry, please understand that it may take up to a few days to process, as I strive to provide thoughtful responses to your messages.
HOW DO I PAY? DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Orders can be paid for via Venmo or PayPal. I require 100% of your total order to be paid 1 week before pick up. At this time, I am not requiring deposits.
What about designs? How many do i get, and who comes up with them?
Typicall, an order of 2 dozen contains 4-6 designs. I absolutely LOVE to have creative freedom when it comes to decorating your cookies, so if you are lacking design ideas or creativity-- no worries! If you know exactly what you want, that is great as well. Please be as specific as you can when filling our your order inquiry, as this makes the process much smoother. I can do almost anything you want!
how do the cookies come packaged?
Cookies come in a window box and individually wrapped. In the sealed packaging, my cookies stay soft and fresh for up to two weeks! Specialty gift wrapping is available upon request for an additional cost.
Can you ship your cookies?
No, unfortunately I do not ship. BUT if you live in the area, you can pick up the cookies and I can provide you tips on how to ship them successfully. I have had many customers successfully use my packing tips to ship cookies without any breakage.
can you make allergen free cookies?
Yes! Gluten free cookies are available for $66 a dozen. These are made in a kitchen that uses gluten, but prior to an allergy specific order - counters are thoroughly wiped down and sanitized.
